1. Reporting Issues (Disputes)
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 3 working days of receiving your items. This includes, but is not limited to, damaged goods, incorrect items, or missing products.
2. Returns Window
All approved returns must be sent back to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an error has occurred on our part (such as incorrect or defective items), we will:
Replace the item(s) free of charge, or
Provide an appropriate resolution as agreed upon

Unused and in original packaging (where applicable)

6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may be covered by us if the issue is due to our error. Otherwise, customers may be responsible for return postage.
